Aims & Objectives

Our Vision:

To be a quality Day Service Provider of learning and work experience for individuals in order to maximize their potential, thus enabling them to move into suitable employment.
To be a pro-active provider of new Client-Centered learning opportunities, work experience and a place for socialising.

The Trust developed in the early 1990's as a provider of sheltered work experience for a static group of ageing clients. We have become a provider of quality training and meaningful work experience. The training for some of the Attendees includes Art/Craft and a variety of life skills including First Aid and Cookery.

Aims:

Provide knowledge and work experience for all the Attendees in the field of horticulture and related activities.
Promote healthy Life Style Skills by encouraging individuals to learn to cook healthy meals, using some of the Gardens produce and by taking part in the physical activities i.e. cycling, keep fit sessions, walking, playing football.
Take part in Local Community Projects and Conservation and Wildlife habitat improvement.
